“Someone was supposed to come out and look at our roof one week ago. I was only gone for one hour during the day and I was told no one needed to be there. If they showed up while I was gone, I never heard back from anybody about our roof, or they just never showed up. A courtesy call would have been nice if someone couldn't make it that day or they just forgot about us.”
