AAMD has served the Denver metro multifamily housing industry for more than fifty years. It began in 1968 as a small group of apartment owners who wanted to protect their interests, and it grew into a 501(c)(6) trade association federated with the National Apartment Association. Today it represents owners, managers, and supplier partners through legislative advocacy, education, professional development, and networking.
Its mission centers on enhancing member prosperity and professional growth, establishing and maintaining high professional standards, and protecting the multifamily housing industry.
