In the past, we have experienced many homeowners who signed roofing contracts then quickly regretted their hasty decision. The reason for buyer’s remorse is in the discovery that the company they’re working with is what we call, a “bad company.”
The contract with this “bad company” almost always contains a 15% to 20% cancellation fee and requires that the contract be cancelled within 72 hours in order to avoid the fee. Many times you will not find this outlined in the contract. Always cancel.
