 The timeline depends entirely on the size of the complex and the type of roofing system being installed. A single townhome might take a day or two, while a sprawling apartment complex could take several weeks to months. Excel Roofing is usually substantially faster than other contractors due to our large crew and efficiency.  To minimize disruption, we complete the project in organized phases, so only one specific section of the community is under construction at any given time. 

 Safety is our #1 priority. Multi-family complexes are active living spaces, so there is a strict safety perimeter placed all over the project to protect pedestrians, pets, and vehicles. The residents are notified of all work zones and are completely taken care of. Additionally, because roofing equipment can sometimes affect building ventilation, we provide all residents with carbon monoxide detectors to monitor for safety while construction is happening.
