Office staff hours: Our office team is available Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT. Outside of core office hours, we have team members available by phone and an after-hours answering system to ensure your call is never missed.

Our Response Time Commitment

  • Phone: Immediate. We have live office staff during the day and an after-hours system in the evening.
  • Live Chat: We aim to respond within 15 minutes during office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MT).
  • Email and Contact Form: We aim to respond within 15 minutes during office hours. All inquiries receive a same-day response at minimum.
  • Project Manager Response: Once a Project Manager is assigned to your project, they are expected to respond to your calls, texts, or emails within one hour during business hours.

What to Expect When You Contact Us

  • Acknowledgment: You will receive a prompt acknowledgment that we received your inquiry.
  • Assigned Point of Contact: A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to your project. This is the person you’ll work with from start to finish.
  • Transparent Communication: We will keep you informed at every stage—from inspection to estimate to project completion.
  • No Surprises: If anything changes with your project scope, timeline, or cost, we will tell you before we proceed.

Our Satisfaction Promise

Excel Roofing has operated on a simple principle since 1993: “You don’t pay a cent until you’re content.” We do not require payment before your roofing project is completed and you are satisfied with the work. After your project is finished, you will receive a follow-up call from our office to confirm everything meets your expectations.
