What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads and close deals (D2D lead generation required)
• Manage Construction Projects from ‘Cradle to Grave’ – Owning Every Step
• Build strong relationships and networks with customers, insurance adjusters, and crews

What We’re Requiring:

• Competitive and self-motivated mindset with extreme ownership of your work
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working autonomously with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights (roofs), and evenings—consulting homeowners in person when they need it
• Coachable – Willing to learn and have a growth mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Additional Skillsets:

• Sales experience– D2D Preferred; Roofing/Construction/Solar Sales a Plus!
• Extraverted and able to Nuture a large Personal Network

Pay: $80,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
