Get to know Bob Joyce
Bob is a 24-year Applewood resident. Bob has a lovely wife, Stephanie, and two great boys, Shane and Riley. Shane is currently serving in the United States military as an Army Captain. Riley lives in Colorado Springs and is a mortgage consultant.
Bob spent many years working for Denver Burglar Alarm starting in sales and then into upper-level management because of his exceptional ability to manage projects and people. After DBA was bought out by one of the mega companies, Bob wanted to do something else. Bob reached out to Excel Roofing owner, J Bretz, and Bob became part of the Excel Roofing family in 2010.
Bob likes to work on the west side of town in Wheat Ridge, Denver, Lakewood, Golden and Arvada, but will go wherever and whenever is necessary to get the job done.
Bob is an absolute expert at insurance claims. Bob knows how to help his customers get a fair settlement while at the same time not gouging the insurance companies. Bob’s expertise is Residential Roofing. He understands the best type of roof for his customer’s needs. He always makes sure that the attic ventilation is correct.
Bob lives practically in the bull’s eye of the May 8th 2017 hail storm. Bob knows firsthand the experience of having damage to his home, including needing a new roof and vehicle damage.
The thing that makes Bob so successful is his ability to manage people and projects and get it right day in and day out. Bob is one of those people who returns calls immediately, is always on time for every appointment and truly manages every customer’s roofing job like it was his own home.
Project Managers like Bob are a rare find in the roofing industry. He has a work ethic that has no off switch and an internal compass that will not let him do things wrong.
